Jugendstil cake in the colors green and purple. I found the jugenstil tile of the swans on the internet, while looking for new wall paper for my living room. Seeing that tile, gave me the idea for this cake. The swans on top are made out of isomalt, the water in which they are floating in is piping gel. The first three layers have prints on icing sheets (i love my food printer) and the decorations are made of royal icing. The sugar pearls give it a chique finish.
