Made with love for my baby girl, can’t believe she’s 5 already! Eeeeeeek!!!

Designed by my girl, she wanted gold leaf – there’s no way I was spending that much!!!!! Haha so I tried to replicate it with gold lustre! (She was none the wiser)

Top tier – White Chocolate Ganache dry brushed gold lustre. Chocolate cake.

Middle tier- Tinted White Chocolate Ganache with white Vanilla cake.

Bottom tier- Strawberry flavoured pink ganache with strawberry cake.

As per instructions – Ballerina fondant topper with wafer paper wings : “Dancing like this Mummy!” (Proceeds to pirouette! )

One very happy 5 year old sleeping soundly in her bed after such a lovely celebration. My kids are why I love to decorate! :)

And yes she was so happy, she had a huge amount of control over the design and when she woke up this morning to see how I had put it together she had the biggest smile and said “Wow you did a great job Mummy!” :-) (Heart melting.)
