I made this Graduation Cake for my mama’s boss at work. He reached the highest level in his studies and the whole department was so proud of him they organized to have this cake made with me. The topper is Joel, made from fondant mixed with some tylose. Cake is red velvet with cream cheese frosting and layered with chocolate fondant :)
