A few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting a very sweet, smart and dedicated young woman named Amanda. Amanda is the owner of a wonderful nonprofit organization called The Fashion Foundation. They sell unwanted new or used clothes and they money they make buys school supplies for children that cannot afford them. I was approached by Amanda about her kick off event and asked if I’d be willing to donate cookies for each guest to take home as a thank you for their support. Of course I said yes to such a wonderful cause.

Each chalk board cookie had different sayings, math, English etc. I thought it would be cute to go chalk boards and apples to match what her foundation is about, rather then just cookies with her logo.
