THis cake was made in a rush, Friday I baked and did all the fillings and Saturday was decorated. I really like how it came out..it was made with a lot of loveee for my special beautiful daughter!the bottom tier was chocolate cake with strawberry Italian buttercream covered with semisweet chocolate ganache and top I used the Wilton giant cupcake cake mold and I did a candy melt cupcake shell. the top cake was vanilla with vanilla bean Italian buttercream. the bow was made of gumpaste and the rest fondant.
