EMS Graduation Cake

This two tier (8" & 6") carrot cake covered in fondant was to help celebrate a new graduate from the EMS program. The ambulance on top is more whimsical than realistic and was hand crafted from RKTs and fondant.

Thanks Benni. I’m still working on that steep learning curve so with each figure I learn something new. I can’t wait for the day when all of this comes naturally and everything just falls into place!
