Mug or pint – whatever you call it, it’s fun! The groom was from Great Britain, so when he said he wanted Kansas Jayhawk worked into his cake – I was tickled! Such a fun cake – I went back and forth on how to make the bubbles on top and finally settled on buttercream bubbles covered in fondant. I played with gelatin foam and microwaved royal icing to try for a more realistic foam but, the gelatin foam went flat after a few hours and the ri looked more like cauiflower – haha!
