10", 8" dummy cakes, covered in fondant with royal icing accents and gumpaste snowflakes. I set up a booth for the Career Fair today at the school where I work my full time job. About 2 months ago, I visited my daughter. (I had made a cake like this for her 21st Birthday, she loved the movie Frozen) and the figures were sitting on the dining room table, SINCE MARCH! Because I was short on time and had 3 display cakes to make, for the career fair, I asked her to mail the figures to me. (she’s 3 1/2 hours away)
I remade her cake with dummy cakes. The kids loved it. Many of them took out their cell phones and snapped photos of it.
