Carrot cake with, orange and nut filling vanilla Tahiti and Philadelphia cream.
The shoes are a replica of Christian Louboutin Stilettos, handmade in fondant and are completely edible.
I hope that Elena has much liked the cake commissioned for the surprise party for his 40th birthday.
