A senior piano recital calls for a seriously detailed piano cake! It’s chocolate sponge cake, filled with a layer of vanilla bean buttercream, homemade salted caramel, and fresh shortbread chunks. And yes, there are 88 keys.

The way the light hits the side of it is odd…..oh well.

I think my favorite part is the wooden floor. Is that weird? :)
