Made in June for my first competition! (I got 2nd :D ) I chose it as it was a competition in my home town, which is a very proud Canal Town! Vanilla sponge & raspberry preserve & buttercream, roses made from sugarpaste (taught by the wonderful Calli of Callicious Cakes! Thank you so much honey!) Hopefully will be doing some more comps in the new year as I really enjoyed the experience.
