Bling and Things...
I moved into the city a few months ago for a new job and this is my first cake in the city. I should also mention that this is the first cake I made completely by myself. All my previous cakes were made with the help of my Step-Dad and Mom who were always such great helpers. The top tier is chocolate cake, the middle tier is vanilla. The bottom tier is styrofoam because it was just for a small wedding, but the design needed the extra tier. Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream is the filling and iced with chocolate ganache, before covering with fondant.
Everything on the cake is edible (except for the styrofoam, the wires in the flower, and the stamens).
