This is my very first wedding cake I made and delivered last weekend. The flowers are made from dark and white modelling chocolate. The bottom tier was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, the next tier was a white chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream , the 3rd tier was another chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and the top tier was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. I was very nervous about delivering this cake, so in the end I stacked the bottom 2 tiers at home and then stacked the other 2 tiers at the venue. I then added all the flowers at the venue as as well. Not the best photograph of the cake, but it was the best I could get at the time. The cake was being moved to another table for the reception – hopefully I can get hold of the photographer on the day to get some lovely photos of my cake. Thank you for looking. x
