This was my most recent order. Was for a boy 1st birthday party and they choose a monkey theme from one of my previous cake however I always try to do each cake unique. This cake master piece was the tree. As the humidity in Qatar is quite high then is difficult for the fondant stay hard so for this cute tree I individually wired each branch then let them dry and assembled all just two days before so they will get enough time to dry. Even that still once the cake was displayed the fondant from the branches started to get soft and was a great idea to wire them as the tree stand perfectly all the party.
