The birthday girl loves her teddies! Our job was to bake her a non-chocolate, semi-fondant, teddy bear themed birthday cake! So this is what we made – A two tiered, sponge cake with handmade fondant teddy bears! Both tiers are vanilla sponges filled with pineapple chunks and frosted with vanilla flavoured whipped cream!
