Got Crawfish???

This cake was made for a huge crawfish fan for her birthday. In the south, we have “Crawfish Season” which is in the spring. The customer was so happy with the cake. It a 3 layer 10 inch round. All of the crawfish were hand sculpted out of fondant, and the corn was rkt covered in fondant.
