My ‘tomboy’ granddaughter had her first football session at after school club this week. Today’s her birthday & her mum asked for cake (in addition to her party cake on Sunday!) This is a Victoria sponge cake with jam & butter cream filling. I’m not great at models & this is only the second one I’ve made but I will improve with practice. :)
