Everyone’s been making Ruffle cakes this year, so this is my attempt.
It’s been inspired by all the amazing and fantastic Ruffles works of art on CD.
The colour pallet was chosen in fairly neutral shades because 14-15 is looking like ‘nude’ tones are still in………
