This cake was made for a 4 year old’s birthday party. The mother requested a total of 130 cupcakes (and an 8" cake—which is Rapunzel’s house itself). This was a fun cake to make. The cupcakes were in the flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and tres leches. The 8" cake was a strawberry cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
