This cake was heart shape with a baroque style finish. The lady getting engaged wanted a Victorian look but modernised… I used a mould for the baroque but cut individual pieces and placed them accordingly on the cake and brushed with petal dust to raise a shine. The flower was made from gum paste.The successful outcome was the lady loved the cake. Whew!!
