This was for one of my boss’ daughter’s Sweet 16. Her favorite band (and by favorite, I mean she is apparantly obsessed with this band haha) is Say Anything, which just so happens to be one of my favorite bands also. I took one liners from a bunch of different songs and painted them on the cake. She loved it! Said it was her most memorable cake ever which basically made my year :-) The cake is chocolate with a raspberry mousse filling and covered in chocolate raspberry ganache and marshmallow fondant.
