Fit for a Princess

A year ago, I made my first ever fondant covered and fondant decorated cake for my Madeleine with the aid of google and youtube. I even used boxed cake mix and canned icing for the said cake (GASP!!!!). Nowadays, I pride myself on making great tasting cake from scratch that’s just as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate. Here’s Madeleine’s 5th birthday cake.
