This snowflake wedding cake design is one of my favorite Christmas or Winter wedding cakes. The snowflakes are made with royal icing and the flowers are fondant. The bride was so happy with this cake that she wrote the most elaborate and probably the best testimonial I could have ever asked for. This is from my Candlewood Inn days in Connecticut USA where I made all of the cakes and desserts for all of the functions at three facilities. Phew. I don’t think I ever want to do that again.
