This is a Frozen cake I made for the portuguese magazine “Cake Design – Decoração de Bolos” that was out past month. I was asked to do a table of sweets and you can see it it the last photo.
Elsa’s mantel and the ice ray,as well as the pinacles in the castle are made of gelatine. Hand painted details on Anna’s dress. The ice in front of the castle is isomalt in wich I added some lights.
