I made this cake for my lovely neighbours’ wedding anniversary in a couple of hours yesterday;-)
They love dogs and in particular their beautiful husky, so what better way to express it than to have their pet on top of the cake:-))
The cake is a Genoese Sponge filled with chocolate & dark rum italian creme patissiere.
