Ferrari Groom’s cake. Lemon cake with lemon/blueberry SMBC, covered in MMF and ribbon. The horse is royal icing. This cake was simple but exhausting. I’m not used to using fondant on cakes so I am semi- please with how it came out. -- Melissa
