Wedding cake covered in Chocolate MMF. Saucer rose topper is made from fondant. Brushed embroidery on bottom tier. Buttons were made from a silicone mold. Cake stand/plate was made by my husband. This cake was featured in American Cake Decorating, won first place at the State Fair, and was displayed at the ICES convention August 2011 in Charlotte, NC.
