Elegant Wedding

This cake was made for a wedding at an old plantation home. I transported it completely assembled on the pedestal to the wedding site. It was a very stressful delivery. The loops were extremely heavy and I waited for them to fall off while we were going down the long, ripply, dirt road to the home. We made it, with no causalities.
