This was a very different wedding cake for me to make as I’ve never made Macarons before. I made hundreds to get the right number that were pretty enough for the tower! My family are sick of eating them now he he. Anyway, what a cool idea right? Entirely the Bride’s idea and design. I just executed it. I hope you like the combination of the fruit wedding cakes and the tower of Macarons. I think it looks great and the guests can easily help themselves later. The flowers are silk and were provided by the Bride to match her bouquet perfectly.Xx
