I know everyone is probably sick of seeing Frozen cakes, but here’s another one ;)

This design was based on an Olaf version of this cake done (and reproduced with her kind permission) by my cakey friend Tammy at Mystique Cake Creations. Elsa is made from a mixture of modelling chocolate and fondant.

This cake caters was made from choc mud and caters for approx 35 desert / 70 coffee portions.
