I wanted to make something different for my granddaughter’s 15th birthday & have been dying to try a gravity defying cake for months. Having been inspired by Cake Rocks here is the cake Gemma will be getting tomorrow. The cake is vanilla Madeira with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam filling. Her favourite colour is red, hence the icing colour. I wanted to ‘girly’ it up a bit so decided to add the M&M ‘flowers’ round the edge.
