I made this wedding cake for my neighbours. They got married in Antigua a month ago and are celebrating with friends today. The flavours are tropical too, bottom is coconut cake with pineapple & coconut filling, middle,e is mango flavour with passion fruit and coconut filling and the top is piña cola do flavour with piña cola do flavoured filling. I was so stressed about making the hummingbird but it worked and was quicker than I thought it works be, I made it from modelling chocolate directly on the cake. Loved the colours and loved making the hibiscus. My nerves were shot when they came to collect …. It’s neighbours so if they don’t like it what will I do lol, but they loved it
