Briana likes Anime and the Cowboys! So this was appropriate for her 16th birthday! Anime is molded free-hand from MMF with Tylose and the Dallas emblem and butterfly are airbrushed gumpaste. The bottom layer is Blueberry and the top is ‘zebra stripes’ (Duff Goldman cake mix) iced with cream cheese BC and covered with MMF. She absolutely loved it even though I struggled terribly with the humidity!!
