My first Frozen cake!

I’m really pleased with the ice castle, I rolled out blue icing, lightly covered it with water and placed white icing on top. I then hand cut the ice shapes and used circle cutters to make the windows. I left these to dry overnight and then attached them to the cake with royal icing, before adding lots of details and dusting with pearl dust.
