One of my favourite cakes, a challenge to make even more of a challenge to transport. 6 tier chocolate and vanilla cake covered with rich chocolate ganache, modelling chocolate and fondant. The monogram is royal icing and matches the couples wedding invitations. I custom made the stand for the cake to sit on.
