Modern Style Piping with Royal Icing

So I’m just about packed ready to head to Wagga Wagga, and thought I’d share my latest cake. I’m teaching some lovely ladies and a few gents how to pipe with royal icing. This is the finished cake with curved piped shards and a curved modern design flower. Fingers crossed it survives the journey and arrives in one piece!!!
PLEASE………no pot holes

Vanessa this is so delicate and beautiful, it reminds me of the windmills that scatter the countryside around some of the old areas in Spain. Wouldn’t like to transport it (although Waga waga sounds like an amazing place to take a cake to!!).xxxxxxxx
