Carnival Cupcakes, Popcorn, Goldfish, & Ice Cream Cones

I LOVE these cupcakes – how inventive, fun and exciting~!!! How did you do the popcorn wrapper? I’d love to borrow your idea for my grandson’s next birthday!

Thank you Funfetti! I will send you a copy of the popcorn wrappers I made, and you can print them off. They are actually a different shape than the ones you would wrapped around a regular cupcake, since the plastic cups are a little bigger.

Hi These are so cute! I would love to have a copy of the wrapper also. I work at a middle school and we have an event once every grading period, (every 9 week) and this would be great for our “Popcorn for Progress” event. We could surprise them with a cupcake instead of popcorn. :)
