Been almost a year since I posted anything here! This cake was for a friend’s birthday and she had her cheongsam dress custom-made with the peacock. So the request was to have her cake match the dress! The feathers are made out of edible wafer paper, which I cut one by one and painted….. took forever.. and the peacock is modeling chocolate with edible gold leaf. The birthday girl loved it.. so did I! : )
