This is a cake for an RN who graduated to being a BRN and is moving herself on up in the medical field and this is the cake she wanted for her graduation dinner. The nurse’s hat is rkt with fondant. The syringe, prescription bottle and top are gumpaste. The needle is stripped floral wire. The pills, band aids and stethescope are fondant. The pulse line is buttercream. This was so much fun to make :) Thanks for looking! :)
