I made this cake for my friend’s son who loves soccer. This is Indonesian Layer cake Lapis Surabaya, which is 3 layer sponge cake with strawberry jam filling. Decorated with red home made Fondant made with strawberry gelatine and Wilton red candy melt. The soccer balls were made from rice paper. Thank you for looking and God bless!
