A white cake / Vanilla cake with whipped cream filling and butter-cream rosettes made for a couple celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. The cake was transported taking about 2 hours travel to reach the destination. Executing a two tire cake and doing the rosettes and transportation all for the first time.
