This is a 1st birthday cake for Isla Grace. The cake is decorated in a sugarpaste representation of her Little Owl she received when she was first born. The wings I made are a little too big and typically I couldn’t get it off without making a huge mess so had to go with it….The flavour is a lovely light sponge and buttercream made with fresh organic lemons.
