Royal blue wedding cake with matching mini cakes

This certainly was a labour of love and a lot of hours went Into this cake. I tried the pans for this at first but the cake would constantly stick so it was sheet cakes and cookie cutters then all 90 layers were carefully ganached and covered in fondant

Oh my, there’s so much work gone in to these…I don’t envy you, covering all those mini cakes. But it’s stunning, and very elegant…and the minis are perfect! xx
