Huge Minnie Mouse themed cake. 12" Chocolate Mud 10" cookies and cream mud and an 8" Rainbow Layer. Tiers were 6’ high and this weighed a massive 21 kilograms.
My Biggest cake to date! In taking a photo of it, my turntable snapped under the weight and i dropped it, luckily it landed board down (phew) but unfortunately my top tier took the brunt with some rippling of the fondant due to the shifting SMBC underneath.
After those horrible events, i am still happy with the outcome, but still not what i wanted it to be.
