This cake was made for an Irish groom and New Zealand Bride. They have matching engagement tattoos of a harp and silver fern and they wanted this replicated on their cake. The rear of the fern was dusted silver but is not visible at this angle. The cakes were both chocolate biscuit. The harp was made from pastillage with florist wire strings and the fern is made from florist paste.
