I was very, very honored to be asked by the amazing Faye Cahill to be Part of the "Sweet” Magazine Wedding issue. I chose lilac as its one of my favourite colours and Sugar roses as they are my obsession and they remind me of my mother. I wanted the roses to look soft and romantic. But also wanted to include at least one english style sugar rose.
This was a large cake almost a meter in height.

All of the roses are made freeform using no cutters, just a plastic bag and spoons."
