This was such a fun cake to make. Covered the cake in fondant, then I used a leaf cutter/vainer for the sides, and started with my lightest leafs at the top, and worked down the cake until I had my darkest leafs. Used a tiny forget-me-not gum paste cutter for the flowers at the base, and a larger five petal cutter for the ones on top. Used the 3” smallest pan by Fat Daddio’s.
