This is a tiny mini tasting cake that I made for my Goddaughter’s wedding tasting party. I used a leaf cutter/vainer and started at the bottom of the cake and continually went to the top using the darkest leafs at the bottom and gradually ending in white. The pan size was Fat Daddio’s smallest, which I think is a 3” pan and is the equivalent of about 2 cupcakes.

Thank you both! I love making mini cakes as much as the big ones. Sometimes they can be harder than the big ones!
