Scottie-themed first birthday cake to match the party invitations, with matching smash cake. I literally blew up the invitation & used it as my template to hand-cut the Scottie dog from modeling chocolate. The polka dots are also modeling chocolate.

The main cake is gluten free Australian Chocolate Mud with white chocolate buttercream filling &dark chocolate ganache. The smash cake is White Chocolate Mud with American buttercream icing.
