This was made for my daughters birthday…she’s obsessed with Frozen. I wanted to make something a bit different than the norm and something I have never seen before in the terms of frozen cake…

I decided on an open book. The stained glass picture was inspired by Disney’s Beauty and the Beast!

I also included a “pop up” sugar castle…

Loved the way it turned out…

It’s 100% edible and hand painted…
